hey hey hey, it's the keto king here. today,i have an absolute gem of a recipe. it's a keto microwave bread! it is really quick tomake and tastes fantastic. you'll need butter; baking powder; an egg; coconut flour; anda ramekin. crack your egg into your microwave safe ramekin. give it a beat with a fork.add 1 tablespoon of coconut flour. one quarter teaspoon of baking powder. and then 1 tablespoonof butter. now you can add a bit more or a bit less to this keto mug bread, it reallydoesn't affect the texture of the bread too much. i just eye about a tablespoon, pop itin the microwave to melt it and add it to the mixture. give it another stir with thefork. you should end up with a fairly thick mixture. then go ahead and pop the ramekinin the microwave for 90 seconds. take it out

carefully, the ramekin gets exceptionallyhot. this is what it should look like once it comes out. now if the low carb mug breaddoesn't come out with a few taps, simply use a fork or knife to pull it away from the sidesof the container. cut your low carb microwave bread into two slices. trim off any of theuneven edges. then you end up with some delicious fluffy keto microwave bread like this! thisbread is great as is, but one of my favorite ways is to pop it into the toaster until goldenbrown! this microwave mug bread is exceptionally versatile and works great with savoury orsweet toppings. and best of all, it only take a few minutes to make! thanks for watchingguys. if you enjoyed this video, click that thumbs up button below and subscribe for morerecipes like this one. and of course, keep
